模板移動系統(tǒng)在提高全球橋梁項(xiàng)目的成本效益方面廣受贊譽(yù)。該系統(tǒng)重量輕、功能多、易于組裝和操作，可在軌道上向前滾動，并可快速輕松地重新設(shè)置。

模板移動裝置用于后張箱梁和斜拉混凝土橋梁的自由懸臂施工。該系統(tǒng)的工程設(shè)計(jì)符合國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，模板剛度極高，滿載時(shí)最大撓度小于 25 毫米。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板運(yùn)輸機(jī)的最大節(jié)段長度為 5 米，承重能力（混凝土和模板）從 250 噸到 400 噸不等。鋼材重量取決于有關(guān)橋梁的橫截面，但通常相應(yīng)地從 25 噸到 65 噸不等。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板運(yùn)輸機(jī)可適用于幾乎任何橫截面，并且在運(yùn)行過程中可輕松調(diào)整，以適應(yīng)不同的截面長度（最長 5 米）、截面高度、腹板厚度和橋面寬度。

產(chǎn)品交付

Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.

Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
